The students of MBA visited the production OOO "media"
29 may 2015 with a visit of "the media" visited the students of the Higher school in MBA with 31 members under the guidance of the author and the host of invited teachers of Guido Vladimir Kazimirovich, Ph. D., Director of the Center for business technology, General Director of "real Consulting" (St. Petersburg).The purpose of the visit was to study current problems of the company, the collection of facts related to problem situations, determining root causes of problems and on the spot solutions and measures for their elimination. During the meeting there was held the presentation of the industrial complex and the equipment, produced by OOO "media" and the participants of MBA discussed with the heads of departments of OOO "media" business processes of the enterprise, the problems arising and ways of solving them.
