Earthing of live electrical networks and electrical installations is a must as this is the only way to guarantee protection of people against electric shock and prevent equipment failure. Earthing loop together with LCMC-2.0 reduces high voltage to safe values and ensures drainage of leakage currents to earth. Leakage currents occur on parts exposed to touch, due to short circuit to enclosure, breakdown of cable insulation or for other reasons.
